La Valmy ambrée est la plus colorée de la gamme, brassée à partir de trois malts et de deux houblons différents. Sa délicate amertume et sa couleur cuivrée en font une bière de dégustation par excellence.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as a light acidic edge of lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, as well as lighter notes of fruit, leading to a dry bitter finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Dry and mild malt aroma, light spiced and with a mild cardboard note. Flavour is mild fruity and slight citric. Hold a subdued and medium dry caramel malt base. Ends light bitter and vague spiced. Vaguely metallic in the far finish.

Hazy light amber color. It’s a very common Amber Ale, with a light apples and vegetables touch, and ordinary bitterness. Poor.
