TRÓJNIAK TRYBUNALSKI – a typical trójniak produced with the proportions of one part honey to two parts water.
Matured by aging. The alcohol content is around 13% , a slightly more dry an less intense taste than dwójniak results. Even so, a uniquely deep aroma provides an unforgettable sensory experience.
Awarded many medals including:
honorable mention at the 6th Winery Contest in Ozorkow, Poland in 1997 organized by the National Winery Council;
a gold medal at the International Festival of Meadery in Boulder, U.S.A.,2004;
a bronze medal at the International Festival of Meadery in Boulder, U.S.A., 2013
Poured and sold in ceramic bottles of 100 ml, 250 ml and 750 ml or glass bottles of 750 ml, 5000 ml

Ceramic crock 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Slightly hazy pale amber. Fairly sophisticated aroma, nuts and burned caramel with Sherry accents. Full body, oxidized, Sherry notes and plenty of burned caramel. Warming alcohol finish. 050211

75 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is slight chemical and slight spiced. Sweet honey and slight fruity flavoured. Bitter and fruity into a lingering finish. Slight sticky and sweet. Smooth.

Got this at the Vintage estates in a meade sampler, cool. These ’brews’ are halarious! Color is caramel brown, like whiskey. Weird alky aroma, undescribable by my beer standards. Sweet plastic honey wine and comes across almost artificial but in a good way. Flat and rather winey. of course. Simply complex honey wine.
