TRÓJNIAK TRYBUNALSKI – a typical trójniak produced with the proportions of one part honey to two parts water.

Matured by aging. The alcohol content is around 13% , a slightly more dry an less intense taste than dwójniak results. Even so, a uniquely deep aroma provides an unforgettable sensory experience.

0,25l ceramic bottle at home. Vintage 2016. amber clear color, no head. smells of mead, honey, sherry, bit glueish. nice smell. full body. tastes of honey, sherry, oxidation, light sweetness, spices. finishes lightly sweet with notes of some oxidation. I am not that big on the meads, but this one is quite nice, super smooth.

Tiny bottle of 10 CL. Pours a darkened amberbrownish. Scent is full, honey, quite intense. Sweet, aged. Taste is full, surprisingly complex given my expectations for a trojniak. Full honey aroma's, but not that much beyond them. No true gem ( to my taste) compared to others by pasieka Jaros, but certainly well made and a pleasant surprise given my low expectations for this. As a plain, simple mead I really dig this.

Near-clear, cognac coloured. Portwine, Madeira, honeyed apples, raisins, malt. Straw, dried & candied apples, still reasonably dry, and even a slight (apple?)acidity. Very slick, sticky but nowhere heavy bodied. Tannic MF. Nice, but less complex than the Poltoraks.

Poured from a wooded keg, which had been filled with a huge bottle, at Specjale Regionalne. Nose is honey, wood barrel, apples, some lemon. Orange amber, flat. Sweet but well acidic flavor, roagnes, stewed peaches, honey of course. Full and sweet but with some tannin and acid to balance. Nice.

100ml ceramic bottle from eBrowarium. Golden amber colour, no head and aroma of mellow honey, floral. Taste is sweet, honey, floral fruity, and with boozy notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet warm booze at the finish. Quite sippable.

Bottle sample at Specja?y Regionalne, pours a clear copper golden. Nose brings out fairly light honey nectar, with light treacle and plenty of alcohol. Flavour is quite hot, with lots of alcohol, honey nectar, and sweet red berries. Quite hot and cloying, but it works really well. Very good.

Bottle (thanks Kuba). Pours clear amber. Aroma is sweet, booze, old cellar, honey. Flavor is sweet, bitter, and sour, fruits, vinous notes, honey, some caramel. Finish is sweet and dry bitter. Overall: great, like the dry bitterness in this one.
