Draft in Bar Harbor with the wife on vacay. Stemless. Clear, soft gold, fizzy then quiet pour at the source. Creamy, boozy, acidic-sweet white wine nose. Bitter-tart, leaning sweet. Green grapes, acidic, dessert, Goldrush-like. Grassy, slight lemon honey, creamy yeast, slight earthy bitterness to the tail. Intentionally still, strong acid, approachable tartness. Good enough.

12oz can. Cloudy white wine looking pour. Aroma and taste are apples up front, white graped behind. Sweet, fruity, refreshing.
