Fresh, 12oz can (not pictured), undated, drunk 1/3/16.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy golden body is topped by a medium-sized white head with fair-to-good retention.
The nose is quite bright and full of Galaxy-like notes of lime zest/tangerine/black/red pepper. Good juiciness, with a bit of biscuit and cracker behind it. Clean with no resin/pine or alcohol.
Flavor has the same galaxy tint to it, with lots more juicy citrus (tangerine, meyer lemon) however there’s a dullness and heavy biscuit/cracker quality to the malt, with not enough supple/soft maltiness. Just seems a bit thin/watery compared to, say.....Trillium or Tree House. Ha. But they definitely are right up there in the flavor/aroma department, just need to work on the texture/body. No harsh/resinous hop notes is a big plus.

12 oz can purchased at 7- Eleven. No dating on the can. Dirty copper color with lasting, bubbly white head. Aroma is rather Danky; grassy, garlic, onions, maybe citrus.
Decent hop profile that shows the same Danky, grassy, scallions as the aroma leads me to believe. Bitterness is long and grassy. The malt is here but barely enough to provide balance. It’s kind of delightfully unbalanced. If you like Mosaic hop characteristics, you should really enjoy this one. And the bitterness is assertive without being harsh.

On tap at the source. comes to the table a slightly hazy light gold color with a thinnish off white head that wisps away before I know it. Smells of grapefruit, lemon, pine, resin and dankness with a hint of bready malt to attempt some balance. the flavor is sweet bready malt up front but that is quickly pushed back by the onslaught of hops. Pine resin and citrus with a moderate level of hop bitterness round out the flavor nicely. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick sticky mouthfeel. Great brew, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
