Our Czech-Style Pilsner is a simple and true-to-style lager, brewed with Bohemian malts and Czech-grown Saaz hops. This beer has toasted biscuit and bready malt flavors, a classic spicy hop character, and a refreshingly crisp finish. Fermented with a traditional Czech lager yeast used by brewers in the Prague area.

pint can. clear gold pour with a foamy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is faint with straw and grasses. The taste features breads, grasses, straw and herbs. Moderate bitterness. The palate is full, and crisp. Finishes long with a bit of bitter corn. Overall: decent pils, I very much enjoyed this.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale, clear golden with an instant high, airy head. Grainy, malty, bready aroma with some light fruity notes. Taste is spot on, sweet malty, grainy flavors, white bread and a kiss of hops. This was a real delight.

On tap at Little Beast, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops and crackery malt. Flavour is crisp and biting, with grassy hops, light spiciness and crisp crackery malt. Grassy, spicy and crisp finish. Very well-made.

Nice biscuity crispy, hop bitter and spice hinted finish that lingers in a great way.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, bright, brassy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is bready with Saaz grass/spice. Med body. Flavor is bready, but there's lots of Saaz. Heading into the Urquel range of flavor. Dry. Bitter. Excellent.
