12 ounce can from Tavour. Copper, brown color. Small creamy beige head. Earthy, toasted malt aroma hints at sweet, buttery rum, oak and nutmeg. Flavor upfront is toasted malt, raisins, cinnamon and clove. Some warming alcohol in middle. Medium bodied with evident spicy hop bitterness. Spices are reminiscent of those you’d find in a quality egg nog. A really tasty brew that offers layers of complexity without being too intense.

Can from Tavour. Pours amber approaching mahogany with a transient tan head. Aroma is very rum with some spice notes. Close to full bodied. Flavor is equal parts rum and pie spice. The rum does not seem at all dilute. Not dry but not undry. Rum supplies the equivalent of bitterness. Thankfully the squash itself seems lost in good flavors. Wow.

12oz can at share. Body is light copper colored with a small, rough foamy head. Aroma is malty and pumpkin, the flesh not the spice. Taste adds a touch of the seasonal spice, mildly sweet malts, and light barrel notes. Warm without being strong.

12 oz. Aroma is rum, woody, vanilla, pumpkin, a graham cracker-like breadiness, cinnamon. Pours nearly clear orange with a one finger beige head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is moderately sweet, savory, lightly bitter, faintly tart, with flavors of pumpkin pie and rum barrel. A little boozy but not over the top. An awesome, way above average pumpkin beer.
