Sampled from the tap at the Indianapolis gastropub. Pours a clear deep amber brown with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sherries and sweet dark grains with oak and dates supporting. Flavor has lots of Belgian yeast and sweet grains with touches of oak and cherry backing.
