A malt bill consisting of fifty-two percent red wheat creates decadent viscosity, enveloping the palate in cozy warmth punctuated by highlights of cinnamon and vanilla. Pleasant sweetness swirls throughout, maintaining a delicate balance of nuance, strength and indulgence. 16oz / 9.5% ABV

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Light amber pour, filmy head, ring of foam. Aroma is cinnamon with a touch of brown sugar. Taste begins with the cinnamon roll flavors before the wheat wine kicks in, malty, leathery, dry. Alcohol heat follows with a glowing warmth in the chest. Not as sweet as I would have guessed.

16oz can picked up at the brewery. Pours clear dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Cinnamon, holiday spices, nutmeg, pumpkin, caramel and leather, bitters. Pretty good.
