This Amber Rye was brewed using Yakima Valley Hops advanced hop products; LUPOMAX®, a concentrated lupulin pellet. We used Cascade, HBC 586, and Mosaic® hops and dry hopped using Citra® Spectrum which is the next generation of dry hopping.

Taster at Boise Wiinter ALe fest. Amber pour, small off-white head. Rye aroma, grainy, musty, mild sweetness. More beautiful rye flavors in the taste, bready, musty, nice feel. Really nice showcase for rye.
