Schmoojee - Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait

Stupid rich and full-bodied, fully-opaque, odd-looking perfectly pink coloured body with no head, and a dank, very chunky pour - this reminds me of the beers from Boiler Brewing Company in Lincoln, Nebraska, but I'm doing it myself on a pour from a can - odd! Aroma of perfectly dense and odd lactose, cream, vanilla and oddly enough, strawberry ice cream, almost to an exact scoop - this is wierd, but incredibly relevant in the scent. Full-bodied; Wierd, slightly pukey, (throw up) strawberry notes dominate with a lot of yeast, bread, alcohol and most importantly - rich fruits, vanilla and cream here that dominate and only increase the body here with a lot of ice cream notes throughout that show some yeast and alcohol towards the end, but the strawberries, vanilla and lactose are the strongest. Overall, an odd and very interesting beer, but perhaps that is the line-up and what I should expect from this series, should I find more - it worked out decently well, but the pukey and throw-up flavours at first were a bit off-putting, but what they did in here, inside a can, is very neat and interesting and again, reminded me of sitting down for a pint at Boiler - perhaps one of the best breweries in the country, in the middle of Nebraska! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from The Beer Cave in Bob's Sunoco in Callaway, Maryland on 10-May-2022 for US$7,05 sampled at my house here in Washington on 15-November-2022.

16oz can from Tavour. Pink, murky pour, light pink airy head. Aroma and taste is straight forward strawberry cheesecake. Full and creamy, very decadent and highly enjoyable.

16oz can pours out smoothie pink color topped with a small head. Nose is big sweet strawberry shortcake and vanilla cream. Taste is more of the nice sweet strawberry shortcake vanilla maybe even boo berry milk.

Can…literally a milkshake. Delicious soft strawberry and milky aroma feel and flavor.
