From world-class skiing to remote hiking trails to pristine climbing pitches, it takes a lifetime to fully explore Utah’s Cottonwood Canyons. Infused with hops during the final stage of fermentation, our 6.9% alcohol by volume Cottonwood Dry Hopped Hard Cider offers a bold, complex flavor equally worthy of repeated exploration. The addition of Colorado’s own Centennial hops, adds a slight citrus bitterness and a juniper finish.

On tap at prefunk pours out pale straw topped with a fizzy head. Nose is nice crisp notes and a little hop. Taste is more of the nice crisp apples dry notes and some hops.

Draft at PreFunk. White wine looking pour, ring of head. Faint sweet aroma. Taste is crisp, dry apple, soft on the palate. Very, very gentle and unassuming. Soft, mild tartness, dry-ish finish.

500 ml bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a clear yellow color with a few bubbles. A light tannic sweet apple nose. The flavor is slightly sour apples, green apples, oak, a slight fruity hop finish. OK.
