250ml can from Tavour. Dark brown pour, ring of beige head. Sweet, malty aroma, pit fruit, toffee. Taste is dark malts with a port wine edge, grapes, light tannic notes. Again, I ddid not pick up on the high ABV. Smooth.

8.45 oz baby can. Aroma has notes of booze, wood, coconut, vanilla, toffee, caramel. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head that falls into a ring quickly. Taste is candy sweet with faint bitterness. Nothing like a tripel whatsoever like they claim. Definitely a barleywine or American Strong Ale. Even though the brewery's categorization is completely laughable, it's a good tasting brew and I won't dock it for that.

Sample during the Hoppin’ On Deck 4 tasting on 06/13/2020. The beer is a clear orange-copper color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a minimal film. Spotty lacing. Oaky aroma with dark fruit, yeast and malt. notes. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky port wine, caramel malt, Belgian yeast and subtle hops. The finish is oaky with a port wine and yeast aftertaste. Good beer all around.
