Provence is a series of Missouri Beers that are inspired by the Saisons of Belgium and France. Each beer in this series will feature a soft addition of a hop, a fruit or a tea. Provence : Blueberry Rose Hip is our fifth release of this series and was inspired by a light blueberry addition and a soft, balanced amount of rosehips for a fresh and inviting Missouri Saison.

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Cloudy red with small to medium white head. Quite sour, fruity, some berries, floral, juicy. Very good.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours a cloudy pink with small off white head. The aroma is berry, oak, yeast, floral. Slick body, blueberry, earth, funk, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

0,75l bottle at charity tasting at home shared by Thomas, big thanks. amber / purpleish murky color, small white head. Smells earthy, grassy, berry notes, parfumy, spices. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes flowery, parfumy. spices, citric, oranges, grassy. herbal. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of rosehip, citrus and grassy notes. pretty good one, very american, on he sour side. but nice.

Bottle at share. Cloudy straw pour, a few bubbles. Unfortunately not getting any blueberry. Drinking this after Couer de Cuvee and getting mostly whit grape and extreme tartness. Not a fan.
