Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. Inspired by Coeur de Cuvée Blend #1, this 9th release contains select Merry Edwards Pinot Noir barrels of Oude Fermier which was then refermented on Passion Fruit before being blended and conditioned for an extended period of time in bottle before being shared with you.

Tart and fruity, strong passionfruit and lemon, medium acidity. Better than expected, may damage your enamel but totes worth it.

Flaska från Side Project, b9 2022. Gul, något disig med vit krona. Rejält med passionsfrukt i doft och smak, stor syra och fräschör, viss stallighet, lite sälta. Passionsfrukts-bomb med hög syra, men kanske inte mycket mer än så. Något enkelspårig, men helt ok.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a fizzy head. Nose is grape notes nice oak barrel funk and some zest. Taste is more of the nice tart funky grape must some lemon zest and a nice barrel punch.

Bottle at share. Hazy straw colored pour, a few bubbles. Very nice art aroma, white grapes, grape must. Taste is sweet and very tart, lemon zest, white grapes. Sour, on the heavy side

Def got a bite outta the fridge. Tart bite. Acidity that lingers long. Shane cause the passion fruit notes are great but more like pain fruit afterwards.
