Tap @ deTolly, Tartu. Pours hazy yellow, some white foam on top. Sour nose with clearly recognisable quince character. Quince pie? Taste is intensly sour, not unbearable. Quince is quite clear also in the taste, sour and fruity-creamy. Refreshing and tart, perfect summer beer if you ask me.

Bittle, batch 59. Pours hazy golden. Aroma is fruity, sweet, passion, pacto. Flavor is sour, fruits, passion, lacto. Carbonation is high. Overall: drinkable.
