This beer was two firsts for us: getting to collab with our longtime friends and now new neighbors in Seattle, and our first time brewing with Fresh Frozen Mosaic Cryo from Yakima Chief Hops.

Pint can. Golden pour with a large, persistent white head. Thick sheets of lacing throughout the glass. Aroma is a bit subdued citrus and floral hops. Flavor is a bit earthy, lightly sweet, and finished crisp with lingering bitters. Earthy floral hops, bits of grass, and faint citrus.

16 oz. Aroma is bready, grainy, overripe grapefruit. Pours hazy golden with a one finger cream white head with good retention. Taste has a moderate bitterness with flavors like the aroma. Underwhelming considering the talent involved. It’s only two months old, but it tastes older. Not sure if it was stored properly or not.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, fizzy head. Aroma is mildly fruity before becoming grassy hops. Taste is malty, hoppy, juicy with a light lingering bitterness. Smooth, full.
