Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed yellow gold with small white head. Wild yeast, mild floral hops, feint hint of lemon citrus note, spelt quality is very minimal so enjoy it.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white fizzy head. Nose is nice light citrus notes and some barrel. Taste is more of the nice citrus touch spice barrel and some fruit maybe.

Hazy, with a thin head. On the nose, the mixed ferm is good, some barrel, mellow brett notes. On the palate, more complexity than on the aroma. Bright citrus, with clean sweet pale malts. Almost lemony in the finish. Some mellow tannins help round it out. This is really nice.

750ml @ Matt's. Appearance: cloudy golden with a weak white head. Aroma: different hops variety, lots of bugs, some funk and barrel. Taste: along the same lines, multiple layers, lemony, some herbal notes and botanicals. Overall: interesting and complex.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral dry hopping, wild yeast, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is nicely buggy, with plenty of dry hopping, light black pepper, and rustic saison yeast. Buggy, hoppy and balanced, with nice depth. Excellent.

Bottle at share. Hazy pale golden pour, a few bubbles. Aroma is citrusy, lemons. Taste is sparkling water, zesty lemon peel . Dry feel, white wine notes.
