Panda thanks to Cloin. The Panda had made a break for it down the back of the fridge! Almost clear deep brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Robust dark malts in this double black IPA, a touch of dark malt cream into slightly earthy dark chocolate. Trace of coffee. Hops are mostly ripe citrus cum peel and a little red berries but, there is a bright pine riding above it all and hop spice starts to bite on the semi dry finish. Nice job, rich and drinkable.

16/5/2024. Can shared by Colin, cheers! Pours slightly murky very dark brown with a minimally bubbly off-white head. Is roasted malt, orange, candle wax, pine, soap, dried fruit, citrus, toffee. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Oily with average carbonation. Quite drinkable.

Can at home, big thanks to Toby, 21/04/24. Light black with a good sized lasting khaki head. Nose is mellow roast, charr, pine needle, earthy tropical fruits, dusty hops, cocoa sprinkle. Taste comprises roasted bite, pine needle, toffee, charr, ashen nip, toffee crisp, spice, dark malts. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness allied to a light boost. Solid well balanced CDA.

16oz can at share. Dark brown pour, small foamy beige head. First off, this was amazing, just so much going on. Fruity, roasty, sweet, butter, a cornucopia of flavors and aroma. Blew my mind.

Can pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice rich malts some toast malts and a little tropical fruit. Taste is more of the roast malts some some tropical fruit hops notes. Very interesting not the black ipa i am used to, but pretty good.
