The Sun Myth is our little Czech-style pilsner. Mashed with pilsner and chit malt, The Sun Myth was then hopped in the kettle with a blend of Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. This little nod to Winter was then fermented cold and allowed to naturally carbonate itself. Once carbonated, The Sun Myth went through a long cold lagering phase making it extra crisp.

Aromas are bread dough, malt, yeast and damp air. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter with okay carbonation. Add in a bit floral. Good but not great.

Slight haze. Thin head. Nice floral hop. Mellow bready note, soft texture, slightly vibrant. Not bad.

Lager hops, malty, crispy. Taste is along the same lines. Good representative of the style.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, bright golden pour, frothy white head. Bready, grainy aroma with light sweetness. Taste is bready and full, sweetness up front, then drying out to a crisp finish. Lovely, pillowy mouthfeel.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a decent creamy white head. Aroma is bread supporting grass/spice. Med body. Flavor is Noble hop bitter supported by bready pale malt. Good pils.

16 oz. can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of grassy hops, some spiciness, and biscuity malt to back. Flavour is crisp, with a fairly spicy grassiness, crisp crackery malt, and slight herbal quality. Could do with more hops, as there's not much residual bitterness. Good, but a bit underwhelming.
