tak gladki jak pupa niemowlaka. nic ciekawego, zepsuli ten zacny klasztorny belgijski styl. moze na nowo eksperyment sie nie powiodl bo widze ze wersja starsza miala wysokie oceny. coz jest w smaku jak dobry dunkel. tak, tak to nie zart, piwo klarowne niemal bez piany, bez slodowosci, bez metnosci. wszystko to szokuje, mialem wrazenie ze pomylono sie w etykietowaniu tego piwa bo mi sie nie chce wierzyc ze to faktycznie quadrupel.

Unclear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dried fruit, buzzy, caramel, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, fruity yeast, candy yeast - sugary, oxidide. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, dried fruit, buzzy, belgium yeast, fruity yeast, candy yeast - sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20180601] 7-3-7-3-15

Bottleat KØ18. Mild fruity aroma. Clear dark amber colour. No head. The flavour is sweet and sugary. Has a good malt syrup dose. Sweet with a decent warming alcohol.

Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours dark amber with beige head. Aroma is sweet, fruits, fresh apples, malt. Flavor is sweet, bitter, and sour, fresh apples, dryness, malt, caramel, sugar. Finish is dry-fruity and sweet malty with booze. Overall: good.

Bottle. Hazy deep copper colour. Moderate dense ivory-coloured head. Sweet malty aroma. Caramel, candy. Lots of figs. Spicy yeast. Some alcohol. Medium body. Sweet taste. Rich malts, dried fruit, spices and booziness. The latter is stronger than it should be. Still solid enough.

330ml bottle. Opaque, amber-ish, dark brown colour with late awakening, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, fruity, minimally alcoholic aroma, notes of plum and dried fruit, raisin, fig, date, a touch of black cherry and dark berries. Taste is moderately sweet malty, fruity, alcoholic, minimally papery, hints of plum and black cherry, some dried fruit, raisin, fig; slightly dry, papery finish, oily texture, slightly sticky palate. OK.
