A wee bit hazy, a lot of bit delicious, our newest experiment pairs the rich flavor of Scottish Ale yeast with the refreshing crispness of a session IPA. This beer is sessionable with lots of spicy and citrus notes. Hops Used: Chinook, Willamette & Triumph.

On tap at the brewery pours out chalky golden topped with a white head. Nose is wheat grain notes and some citrus hops. Taste is more of the wheat grain notes and some citrus a touch of grass.

Half pour at Bear Island. Hazy golden pour, spotty head. Weak aroma, almost undetectable citrus. Taste continues, light bready malts and hint of citrus.
