Medium golden amber color. Massive barrel , white wine big funky yeast, very sour nose. It’s funky, dry sour but it lacks depth. This really needs fruit added. Great as it is but could be phenomenal

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma is exquisite, with complex oak barrels galore, lots of wild yeast, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is loaded with complex oak, lots of wild yeast, and champagne-like effervescence. Tons of oak and wild yeast on the finish. Beauty.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange with large white head. Funky, some lemon, oak, slightly sourish, bit vinous.

750ml bottle at share. Pale golden pour with a small frothy head. Funky aroma, oak, earthy. Taste is fruity, yeasty, woody, floral and some nice tartness.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is funky barrel notes some hops. Taste is more of the nice funky notes barrel and hop touch.
