Fresh Hop IPA
Sorcerers of madness, Ghost Town and Fort George, this year renew their profane bond of friendship forged over the fires of their irreverent love of fresh hops and Black Sabbath to create Columbus Architect, a crisp, aromatic IPA with Fresh Columbus Hops, straight from the farm. Lightly and refreshingly bitter, Columbus Architect is so much darker than the sum of its ingredients. Fort George and Ghost Town Brewing – together making Fresh Hops a tiny bit more metal.
Hops: Mosaic, EH Fresh Columbus,
Malts: Rahr Pils, Weyermann

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a large foamy white head. Strong pine aroma. Med body. Flavor is very pine/citrus with a fair amount of resin. Pale malt support. Dry but piney/juicy. HInts at dank. Quite bitter - but not harshly so. Fantastic.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, soft white head flattens out. Hoppy, piney aroma, light resinous notes. Taste brings light fruity notes, mango, pineapple. Oily feel with a sticky finish. Hoppy, layered. As usual, great job FG.

32 oz crowler poured picked up at Josh's Taps. Clan and clear golden appearance. Thin foam head. Love to find this classic hop, classic look IPA. Tasty collab. Nice balance of pils and cracker like grains with flavorful melon and grassy hop character. Refreshing brew. Clean and crisp overall. Excellent brew.

Tap at Gourmet Haus. Pours clear light gold with creamy white head. Dank and Pingeant hops on flavor and aroma. Moderate high bitterness. Dry finish.

On tap at Spit Fire Pizza pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is great melons some dank notes and a touch of malt sweetness. Taste is more of the nice melons some citrus mango hops. Very good

Can. I like the color scheme. Pours a clear orange hue with a small white head. Very clear. A smooth pungent nose, big resin. Rich, smooth, lemon zest, citrus, fruity. A bit like Sticky Hands. Very good.
