Bottle (thanks kuba). Pours black with light brownish ehad. Aroma is sour, roast, malt, fruits, soap. Flavor is sour, sweet, bitter, roast, vanilla, soap, malt, coffee. Finish is sour and roast. Overall: ok.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Widawa Wild Black Kiss ].Clear dark black color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, tart, tart cherry, wood and smoke notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, tart cherry, dark malt, roasted, wood, chocolate. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled@PBF XI. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is sour wood, some vanilla, ripe fruits and some toffee along with mild toasted notes. Flavour is sour wood, some spruce, herbs, toffee and mild raisins to itNice lingering sourness beneath the stout elements.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured near black in color, thin brown head. Soury nose, berries, cherries? in aroma. Flavor has sourness, cold coffee, red berries. Complex. Sourness fits nicely here.

Bottle from trade with Werckmeister, many thanks! Pours pitch black with faint tan head that disappears quickly. Vinous aroma with dark red fruits, blackberry, chocolate and liquorice. Odd woody taste with chocolate, liquorice and sour red fruits. Leathery finish and texture. I’ll go with more odd than good.

BB 31.03.2016. almost black color, small coffee-colored head. smells of marzipan, leather, some coconut, some licorice, some peat, roast, bitter chocolate, wood, hints of sourness, light green apples. very lovely smell, a bit too much peat / leather. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of peat, leather, some coconut, acidic, lightly sour, some green apples, nutty, some marzipan, some alcohol, some roast, licorice. finishes lightly sour with notes of coconut, peat and light green apples. overall quite nice one, unfortunatly the taste is too peated, especially once it warms up. still quite enjoyable beer.

Tap (Kontynuacja, Wroclaw). Barwa brunatna, piana bezowa, obfita, trwala, ladnie krazkuje jak na kwacha. Aromat kwasny, wisniowy, intensywny z nutami beczkowymi. W smaku mega sour, wisniowy z subtelna wytrawna nuta beczki. Piwo tresciwe, kwasne, ciezko dokopac do nut palonych (daleko w tle) ale bardzo smaczne, pijalne. Mimo duzej kwasnosci piwo jest delikatne i gladkie z przyjemnym dlugim kwasno-slodkim posmakiem.

Butelka 330ml (31.03.2016). Barwa niemal czarna, nieprzejrzysta z subtelnymi, rubinowymi refleksami pod światło. Piany praktycznie brak a subtelny, beżowy pierścień tylko delikatnie zdobi powierzchnie piwa. Aromat wyraźnie beczkowy ze słodkimi nutami wanilii ładnie komponuje się z nutami kwaśnymi. Smak adekwatny do aromatu, kwach i beczka. Nuty palone gdzieś bardzo daleko. Piwo gładkie i pijalne z delikatnym alkoholowym, długim, lekko drapiącym posmakiem.

Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015. Brune foncée, doré qu verre col moyen. Arôme est malté et grillé avec des effluves de barrique et de Jack assez présentes. Malgré les 6% affichés, cette bière en parait plus. Palais garde une petite note aigrelette et lactique qui est balancée par les malts. Retrouve un léger profil Jack qui n’est pas surfait dont une pointe de vanille. Je note aussi un fruité noir modéré et un léger résiduel boisé.
