Fine enough clean beer. Too sweet for this style to be fantastic. But it does have a nice boozy sharpness with a round body. Beertemple ams

Taster at Icarus. Mahogany pour, still. Woody, malty aroma. Taste is fig, raisin, prune, sweet, malty. Silky feel.

12 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. My 80th Icarus rating! Slightly hazy orange brown color. Large frothy beige head. Yeasty sweet caramel malt aroma. Flavor is intensely sweet out of the gate. Somebody was way to heavy handed with the Belgian candi sugar. The 10.3% ABV is well hidden. Lacking in earthiness and complexity. Appreciate the effort boys. Glad to know you guys are branching out to do other classic beer styles besides IPA’s. 👏👍🍺
