Dessert style Milk Stout brewed with an overwhelming amount of Cocoa and rich Black Malts, then aged in Buffalo Trace Maple Finished Bourbon Barrels for 10 months, followed by further conditioning on Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Marshmallows.

Taster at Icarus. Near black pour, ring of beige head. Sweet aroma, maple. Taste is sugary, sweet, maple, sticky feel.

On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Jet black pour. No head. Dark malt, oak and maple nose. Flavor is dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, maple syrup and warm bourbon. Amazingly smooth with a silky mouthfeel. Delicious.
