On tap at Huth, listed on menu as helles, that should be it. Clear golden with medium white head. Some bready notes, hay, tad sweet. Bit weird on the nose and not 100% clean.

Unusual yeast profile in an helles. But it worked fine. Not sure it was intended. Hazed pale yellow pour and a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Leicht eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Die Mama-Brauerei 🤱wurde am CBF von Zaungast mitbetrieben und der Stand war nicht sonderlich gut besucht. Das lag auch am eher mittelmäßigen Bier, das im großen Humpen in dem coolen Braulokal im 1. Bezirk Wiens gut passt, aber zu einer Verkostung einfach fad ist. So ist das Bier gut zu trinken, aber bietet sonst keine highlights uns wirkt für ein Wirtshausbier zu glatt und einfach.
