Bottle at Base Camp. Clear golden body, white head - by the book. Honeyish-floral-vaguely fruity aroma. Lean, soft, dry taste, mildly floral and honeyish, an illusion of fruitiness, no bitterness, sweetish touch in the finish. Well, a pils that's from a place as so away from Bavaria within Bavaria it's almost Baden or Hesse (in the wine region of Lower Franconia, west of Würzburg), which somehow didn't help it with the bitterness so it's, like many other Bavarian pilsners more of a dry Helles than a Pils. But it's a tasty lager!

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild spicy and floral hops. Taste of mild spicy and grassy hops, pale malt, moderate bitterness.
