(Draught at some restaurant in Copenhagen, 17 Feb 2012) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with grass, citrus and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, tropical fruit, citrus and grassy hops in a finish with a fairly mild bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Decent but a bit boring.

Bottle at home. Golden with a lasting white head. Rich malty aroma with spicy-herbal hops. Sweetish malty flavour with bready notes, and a good hop character. An excellent pilsner

40 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is grassy and vague cardboardish. Crisp hoppy, dry grassy, light herbal and medium sweet light malt flavoured. Bitter and lasting grassy, declining cardboardish flat note - yet present.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika, Oslo. "Økologisk" / organic. ABV is 5.0%. Deep golden colour, large white head. Typical Czech pilsener aroma of grassy and floral Saaz hops. The flavour has also decent Saaz hops throughout, on a sufficient malty background, with just a faint hint of caramel.

bottle from netto. clear golden yellow, smooth yellow head. malty and slighlty cardboard hoppy aroma. flavor is bitter, hoppy, malty, bitterness sits somewhere between the hops and the malts, resembles the herbal bitterness found in english bitter - feels a bit weird. A dry bitter (unfortunatley slightly herbal bitter) pils.

Bottle 40 cl. Pours a deep golden with a white head. Sweet malty nose, a little caramel with a whiff of diacetyl – not much saazer character though. Medium body, carbonation is a little low, dry hoppiness, a little sulphur, again no real saazer character. Bland for a Bohemian Pilsener. 251211
