Yeasty spicy and minimally bready, wheaty malty aroma, notes of mustard seed, some clove, nutmeg. Taste is tart, tangy, yeasty spicy and minimally wheaty malty, hints of mustard seed, dill, clove, a touch of vinegar. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Infected, solely yeasty spicy, nothing else - impudent. Fifth infected brew from this brewer in a row. Quite audacious to put up for sale these batches.

Sour fruity beginning. Easy to drink, slightly grainy with a fruity sour funky back. Grainy funky finish.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,33 l bottle. BB Feb. 24. Cloudy golden in the glass, small one finger white foamy head. Pale grain, yeast and alcoholic fruity aroma. Taste starts pale grainy, metallic srcatchy yeast, cheap alcoholic with sourness. Rough. Disappointing.

Bottle from the brewery. Looks good. Beer in the glass orange golden, small head. Yeasty-fruity aroma. Starts fine malty, yeasty-fruity, some hints of clove, fruity touch of grapefruit, some apricot. Finish fine yeasty with a bitter touch. Interesting!
