500ml bottle from Crossroads Darlington Market Stall. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of honey, herbal, hint of mint. Taste is honey, sweetish, minty, some tea notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering mint at the finish. Quite drinkable.
