500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Batch No. 10. Pale golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates and aroma of perry pear, fleshy, floral, some funk. Taste is sweet, fruity perry pear, floral, citric, gooseberry, fleshy, alittle funk, wood, with some mellow acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
