In 2021, with slightly smaller crops in their own orchards, Wilding set to exploring some interesting traditional orchards for additional fruit. Cooth orchard is certainly a curiosity - an old farm orchard which outlives the farmhouse and buildings which were lost in a fire last century.

29/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a small white head. Aroma is fleshy apple, stone fruits, grassy, orange, funky edge. Moderate sweetness and tartness, medium bitterness and body. Low carbonation. Drying finish. Quite unusual, well done.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Hazy orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, stone fruits, fleshy. Taste is sweet & tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, some peach, hint of barnyard funk, and drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart and tannic finish. Very drinkable.
