1L flagon from Fowey Valley. Slightly hazed pale golden colour, afew bubbles in top that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of cider, fruity, sharp funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, fleshy, with woody funk, some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
