Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Durham Lambic ... who knew! Berry red with a light crimson cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is tangy berries, damp straw, blackcurrant pips, tannins, funk dusting. Taste comprises stale biscuit, berry yoghurt, soggy and stale Wheatabix, buttery tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Hmmm ... looks and smells okay but the taste doesn't marry and takes this down a good few pegs ... shame!
