Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Golden to light amber with a good sized white cap as it goes for a cider. Nose is crisp apple, caramel, vinous notes, hedgerow, straw, light sugar dusting. Taste comprises toffee apple, tannins, hint of vanilla icing, straw, tannins, light cloveish spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid well balanced cider. Definitely the best Tasmanian cider I've ever had ... also the worst mind!

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours deep bright golden amber with a few small bubbles. Aroma is sweet, apple pie, a little sugary, biscuit, slight funky and woody edge. Sweet to begin with, very nice bitterness develops, with light tartness and dryness. Medium body. Low carbonation. Great complexity. Enjoyed this.

750ml wired cork bottle. 2021 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, alittle wood, funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
