Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Almost clear golden to light amber with a thin just off white cap. Nose is apple core, hedgerow, light farmyard, grass, herb. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, straw, tannins, light oak, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid cider.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is funky, apple pie, caramel, vanilla, tropical fruits, slight woody edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.

750ml wired cork bottle from Plonk. Opened with a pop. Hazed orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, fleshy, some caramel. Taste is fruity apple, tropical pineapple & vanilla notes, funk hint, with some tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tart & dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
