Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A very clear bright red amber coloured pour with a a small halo of off white . Aroma is semi sweet, bruised apple, strawberry notes, stewed fruit, red berries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fruit cobbler, jammy fruits, berries, quince, light flroal notes. Palate is medium sweet, mellow carbonation. Good, interesting.

Nose is mellow apple, stewed fruit, herb, hedgerow, quince.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, light sugars, apple core, caramelised brown sugars, tannins.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Tidy enough drop for a flavoured cider.

330ml can from Plenty Cider. Reddish tinged orangey-golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of quince, apple. Taste is tangy, quince, jammy and sweetish, apple, fleshy, with some woody bitter tannin & acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic & tart fruity quince finish. Quite drinkable.
