Picked and pressed at the end of October and start of November, this perry is a blend of late ripening varieties from the Perry House Farm orchard in Chew Stoke. Based around Oldfield, with Pine, Hellens Green, White Longdon, Barnett and New Meadow in smaller roles. Racked once during the winter to retain natural sweetness, this has the acidity and tannin to balance. Very gently sparkling.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, flowery, citric, woody. Taste is sweetish, tangy, perry pear, floral, citrusy, funk, with some light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
