Single variety medium perry 2022. Zesty white grape and lime flavours with high tanning and acidity. Made in a small batch of 80 litres from Herefordshire pears using wild yeast to produce a natural sweetness and sparkle.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of perry pear, floral, funk. Taste is sweetish, perry pears, white grape note, with some funk, zingy citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, peary drying tart finish. Quite drinkable.
