28/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pinkish red with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is cherries, apples, citrus, light funky edge. Taste is tart cherries, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

750ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. Red colour, pink foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, cherries, some funk. Taste is tart, cherry, apple, sourish, citric rind, with some drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
