Single variety medium perry 2022. Zesty white grape and lime flavours with high tanning and acidity. Made in a small batch of 80 litres from Herefordshire pears using wild yeast to produce a natural sweetness and sparkle.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Sparkling, pale gold colour, short-lived fizz white foam head and aroma of perry pear, fruity, flowery, funk hint. Taste is tart, fleshy perry pear, tangy, some skin and core, with citric grapefruit, floral notes and some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
