500ml bottle from The Cider Vault at Fram Ferment. Clear golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of perry pear, floral, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, perry pears, fleshy fruity, woody, with some mucky leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, mellow soft peary tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
