A refreshing ale, with a crisp bitter bite combined with a gentle sweetness that comes through to balance the beer perfectly.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Medium haze on a medium gold. Firm, thick, just off white foam stays the course admirably. Nose has lightly spicy grain. Clean and fresh hop notes, along the lines of orange and white peach. Some herbal notes. Taste is a little sweet to start, turning nicely bitter. Light to medium body with brisk carbonation. Assertive bitterness to finish. Possibly warranted adding as an APA as it’s definitely hopped up enough. Either way this new, tiny brewery is off to a seemingly flying start.
