The idea behind this unique collaboration was to brew a filtered, strong, top-fermented beer. This wonderful specialty is the combination of two brewing philosophies - this seems crystal-clear when you take a look at the raw materials: Hops from Belgium, from the immediate area around St. Bernardus, Weihenstephan yeast, Bavarian malt - and water from Freising. The beer is of course brewed in accordance with the Purity Law of 1516. Spicy, with a characteristic yeast note, fruity and strong with 6.5% alcohol: Braupakt 2024 flatters the palate with these characteristics.

0,33 l bottle bought at Slijterij Wijnalda, Haren. Clear golden with a two finger white head. You canΒ΄t expect more. Banana, orange, and belgian yeast on the nose. Taste starts with a dry fruity bitterness, pale malt and grain, bitterhop, some clove and banana. More belgian style in the second part with alcoholic bitterness. Nice one.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermeisje', best before February 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, rather floral and slightly fruity aroma of banana, clove, orange peel, coriander, vanilla and light honey. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy, rather floral, slightly fruity and a little grassy taste of grains, clove, banana, vanilla, honey, orange peel and coriander, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Tasty Blond, can't believe there are no flavourings used.

33cl Fles van Sterk. Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into chalice. Clear deep golden colour, good frothy white head, diminishing slowly, good lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, yeast, banana, hay, earthy notes, faint manure. Taste medium sweet and slightly btter, malty, yeasty, grain, herbal notes, bitter hops. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, somewhat harsh bittersweet aftertaste, husky notes, very nice.
