Rated at Suomenojan jätevedenpuhdistamo. Smooth, heavy and slightly syrupy with loads of barrel, bourbon and hints of vinous notes, chocolate sauce and coffee. A bit heavy.

Bottle at home, Espoo. Thanks tiong! Colour is very dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, dark chocolate, Cacao, whiskey... nice!

375 ml bottle. Thx Tiong. Poured black in color. Vanilla and nice barrel notes. Molasses and light roastedness. Heavy.

(Bottle, 0.375l, thanks tiong, at VastActiv, 20240802) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, wood, vanilla and vinous notes. Palate was full bodied and bit sticky with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, wood, vanilla, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, burnt and bitter. A slightly unbalanced and boozy brew.

A black beer, no head. Aroma of sweet dark chocolate malt, caramel, coffee. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, bourbon, chocolate, liquorice.

Intensiv malziger Beginn, der vielleicht einen Ticken zu süß ist. Geringe Karbonisierung, Schokolade, cremig, eher wenig holzig. Milde Bourbonnoten, weich, etwas mehr Tiefgang hätte ich mir bei diesem Alkohologehalt gewünscht. Langer, unterstützend alkoholischer Abgang. Gelungen. 12/10/12/12/11/12
