Ispirata al tipico caffè valenciano questa Imperial Stout presenta sentori di caffè, cannella, bucce di limone e rum. La complessità di sentori viene svelata man mano che la birra raggiunge l’ottimale temperatura di servizio, sia al naso che in bocca. Come il caffè viene bevuto a fine pasto con la nota agrumata che dona freschezza, questa birra nonostante il corpo pieno presenta una facile bevuta. Clear dark reddish brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of intense coffee, sour lemon, roasted malt. Taste of roasted dark malt, coffee, resinous hops, long bitter finish.

Erhöhte, zu starke Karbonisierung. Viel Kaffee, der aber nicht sonderlich gut eingebunden ist, moderate Bitterkeit, geringfügig fruchtig im Hintergrund. Weiterhin malzig mit viel Kaffe im Hintergrund. Naja... 9/8/10/9/8/9
