Tap at Komachi. Bright pale gold with a fine head. Bready malt nose, citrus, spice. Crisp, fruity, dry flavor, rice crackers, very well attenuated but not very bitter. Definitely dry, but full of flavor too.

0,33l bottle @ Sake Shop Gotunda. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is clean sweet malts with some rice. Flavor is clean sweet malts, some earthy notes, some rice, hops. Decent.

Very nice stuff. Lots of cream, touch of fruitiness but it’s all cream and light graininess. I really like it!
