Sample from tap @ Meetnica. Head is medium, white, good retention. Colour is gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, bready, light hoppy. Taste is medium malty base, bready, nice balanced bitterness, hay touch, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed.

Tap. Malty aroma and taste, light grainy notes, medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty bitter finish. Ok.

750ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Citrus, white bread and some slightly buttery notes in the aroma. Grapefruit, hay, white bread and some slightly buttery notes all feature in the slighty sweet and zesty taste. The finish is slightly 'chewy'.

750 ml bottle. Unclear orange golden with a fluffy head. Quite zesty, grapefruity, buttery, floral, slightly malty. Mild hoppy zesty bitterness, some malty fruity sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry grassy buttery bittersweet finish. Nice and easy 10°!

Was der Name Rogalo bedeutet findet sich leider nicht auf der Flasche. Aber auf Wikipedia findet man schnell einen Artikel, dass es sich beim Rogalo-Flügel um eine spezielle Form des Flugdrachen 🪁handelt, welcher 1948 vom tschechischen Ehepaar Rogalo entwickelt wurde. Dies passt jedenfalls zum Stil der Rotor-Brauerei 🚁. Das Bier ist ein leichtes Zehngrädiges, das aber einen ungewöhnlich starken Buttergeschmack hat 🧈, was in Tschechien 🇨🇿 nicht unüblich ist. Man muss es halt mögen und hier ist der bierige Körper etwas zu schwach zm diesen zu stemmen. Nicht komplett falsch gebraut, aber auch nicht sehr harmonisch.

PETka from Pivotéka Kralupy nad Vltavou. Straw coloured yellow, mid-sized white head. Shy hoppy nose. Very light-bodied, shy malty background, good aromatic and bitter hops with a punchy bitter finish.
